Beginning the week of September 6, the Library will transition to the following year-round schedule:
Mondays & Tuesdays: 9:00am – 6:00pm; Wednesdays & Thursdays: 9:00am – 7:00pm; Fridays: 9:00am – 5:00pm; Saturdays: 10:00am – 4:00pm; Sundays: Closed.
The new schedule will better align Library hours with community usage and available staff capacity, while allowing limited staff resources to be directed toward areas of substantial and growing demand, including after-school services and programs.
While the Library will be closed for regular service on Sundays, the Community Room and Conference Rooms will remain available for reservations and for public programs coordinated by the Friends of the Weston Public Library.
We recognize that changes to Library hours may affect members of our community differently, and we welcome your feedback. We especially encourage residents to share how they use the Library, which hours and services are most important to them, and how changes in access may affect their families.

Community feedback is important as the Library and Town consider staffing, service, and budget priorities. Hearing directly from residents helps ensure that decisions about Library resources reflect how our community uses and values the Library.
