Thank you for your interest in presenting a program at the Weston Public Library. The mission of the Library is to provide a broad range of informational, educational, technological, social, and recreational resources to serve the diverse needs of the community. We welcome proposals from individuals, organizations, educational institutions, and government agencies that support this mission.
Due to limited programming funds and the high volume of submissions we receive, we are not able to accept or respond to every proposal. Reviews may take up to 30 days, depending on the reviewing group (Children’s and Teen Services staff review youth programs; the Friends of the Weston Public Library review adult programs). If you have not heard from us within 30 days, your proposal may not be a good fit at this time. Please note that proposals are not accepted by phone.
